Tilapia Fish Florentine Recipe
A nice tilapia fish recipe to try !
Ingredients

* 1 pkg (6oz) baby spinach
* 6 tsp. canola oil,divided
* 4 tilapia fish fillets(4oz ea)
* 2Tbs lime juice
* 2tsp garlic-herb seasoning blend
* 1 egg ,lightly beaten
* 1/2c part-skim ricotta cheese
* 1/4c grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a non-stick skillet,cook spinach in 4tsp oil till wilted;drain
2. Meanwhile place tilapia fish fillets in greased 9x13" baking dish, Drizzle with lime juice and remaining oil. Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
3. In a small bowl,combine the egg,ricotta cheese and spinach;spoon over fillets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins or till tilapia fish flakes easily with a fork. The tilapia fish recipe is ready to serve..enjoy it !
