Tilapia Fish Recipe Ingredients

* 1 tsp cavenders
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 lb tilapia filets1/2'd at centre crease
* 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
* 1/2 c onion, chopped
* 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
* 3 oz cn fire roasted green chilis pealed & diced
* 1 cup cx stock or white wine
* 12 1/4 oz cn petite diced tomatoes
* worchestershire sauce to taste (2 tbs)
* crystle hot sauce to taste
* chopped parsley

Tilapia Fish Recipe Instructions

1. Combine chili powder, garlic, flour, cavenders and salt in a plastic bag. Add tilapia and toss to coat. Heat oil over medium high-heat and cook fish until lightly browned on both sides and transfer to plate. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and saute until onions are transparent. Stir in tomatoes, cx stock and worchestershire sauce. Simmer and reduce liquid to about 3/4. Add hot sauce, return fish and simmer about 5 minutes until fish is done. Sprinkle with parsley

Tilapia Fish Recipe Ingredients

* 4-8 Tilapia fillets (if they're small, I use two per person)
* Diced bell peppers (all or any colors)
* Chopped yellow onion
* Minced garlic
* Juice of one lemon
* White wine (opt)
* Salt/Pepper
* 1 Tbs Capers (opt)
* Chopped artichoke (opt)
* Diced tomato (fresh or canned) (opt)
* Any other chopped veggie you have on hand

Tilapia Fish Recipe Instructions

1. This is so easy and can be made a hundred different ways!
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Saute onion, peppers, garlic and any other veggies that you have on hand in EVOO...I often use artichoke, broccoli and tomato
4. Add salt and pepper to veggies
5. Add any fresh herbs that you like
6. Add juice of one lemon
7. Add white wine and let cook down for a minute or two
8. Place each fish fillet individually, in the center of its own, large, piece of parchment paper or foil. (if fish are small, use two, one on top of the other)
9. Season fish with salt and pepper or Tony Chachere and top with large spoonful of veggies
10. Wrap sides of parchment or foil around fish to make individual boats, trying to seal all sides
11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork

Tilapia Fish Recipe Ingredients

* 1/4 c. flour
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 3/8 tsp. pepper
* 3/8 tsp. paprika
* 2 fillets of tilapia
* 1/8 c. salad oil
* 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
* 1 tbsp. lemon juice
* 2 tbsp. brown sugar
* 4 - ¼ slices of pineapple or bananas (optional)
* 1/8 c. slivered toasted almonds
* 1/4 c. white wine

Tilapia Fish Recipe Instructions
Coat fillets with mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil in large skillet and brown fillets on both sides. Remove to hot platter. In same skillet combine wine, ginger, lemon juice and brown sugar. Peel bananas and cut into halves lengthwise, or use one slice of pineapple cut into quarters.. Simmer in wine sauce for 2 minutes. Place bananas beside fish, spooning sauce over both. Garnish with almonds. Serves 2.

Tilapia Fish Recipe Ingredients

* 5 tilapia fish filets
* 2 tbs butter
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
* 1 thumb-size length of ginger, peeled and chopped
* 1 tsp chilli powder
* 1 tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tspp cumin powder
* 1 tsp sea salt
* Masala vegetables
* 2 tbs butter
* 2 tbs garam masala
* a handful of Raw Cashews
* 1 red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
* 3 serrano green chilies chopped
* 1 thumb-size length of ginger, peeled and chopped
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
* 1 tomato diced
* 1/2 cup green peas
* 4 leaves of kale sliced into strips
* 3 small purple potatoes
Rice
* 3 cups Basmati rice
* 1 tbs butter
* 2 cloves garlic, smashed
* 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
* 5 cm stick cinnamon
* 2 cardamom pods the green ones
* 5 -6 cloves
* 1 tsp saffron threads
* 1 tsp sea salt
* 3 cups unsalted stock or water
* 1/2 cup of equal parts chopped mint and cilantro
* Garnish
* 4 tbs yogurt
* Fried red onions
* Fresh cilantro leaves

Tilapia Fish Recipe Instructions
1. Fish: Heat oil in a wok and brown the chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Add a little water to the spice powders to make a paste and fry over a moderate fire till fragrant.
2. Add salt . Turn the fish until firm and browned and remove from the wok save any leftover oil to flavor the rice. set fish aside.
3. Rice: Wash and drain the rice. in a rice cooker add the reserved butter and rice grains. Pour stock over the rice. Add salt, saffron threads and 1/2 cup of equal parts chopped mint and cilantro stir to evenly distribute spices etc.
4. Set rice cooker program for white rice and cook till the cooker beeps.
5. while the rice is cooking combine and stir fry the masala vegetble ingredients until they are toasted and the spices are evenly distributed.
6. when the rice is done fluff the rice and get an oven safe pot.
7. layer the rice then the fish then rice then the veggies, then the rice. until everything is in the pot.
8. bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
9. remove the layers into separate serving dishes ie rice, fish, veggies.
10.The tilapia fish recipe is ready ti serve with fried red onions and yogurt on the side.

* 4(6oz.)tilapia fillets
* 1/4tsp salt
* 1/4tsp fresh ground pepper
* cooking spray
* 1c cherry tomatoes,halved
* 3 garlic cloves,minced
* 3/4c pitted green olivescoarsely chopped
* 3Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

TILAPIA FISH RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Arrange fish in a single layer in the center of a jelly roll pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Combine tomatoes and rwemaining ingredients;toss gently. Arrange tomato mixture around fish on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. or tii fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of of doneness. Place 1 fillet on each of 4 plates;top each serving with about 1/4c of tomato mixture....enjoy it !

TILAPIA FISH RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 pinch of dried dillweed or parsley
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tilapia fillets
TILAPIA FISH RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

* Preheat the oven to 350° F.
* Mince the garlic into fine pieces
* Place the garlic in a saucepan and add butter and dillweed or parsley
* Add one dash of salt, one dash of pepper and one dash of paprika powder to the saucepan. The exact amount will depend on your own preferences.
* Heat the saucepan over low heat until the butter is fully melted and begins to simmer.
* Remove the saucepan from the heat and brush some of its content over the bottom of a baking dish.
* Put the tilapia fillets on top of the garlic butter mix
* Use the remaining garlic butter mix to brush the top of each tilapia fillet
* Place the baking dish in the oven and let the tilapia bake for 12-15 minutes.
* The baked tilapia with garlic butter is ready when it is easy to flake it with a fork.

TILAPIA FISH RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ cup of olive oil, preferably extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of grounded black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspon of garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

TILAPIA FISH RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

* Start by preheating the oven to 175° C / 350° F.
* Prepare a medium sized baking dish by coating its bottom with roughly ¼ cup of the olive oil.
* Pour the rest of the olive oil, ½ cup, into a small bowl and mix it with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and tomato paste.
* Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish. The skin side should be up.
* Use a spatula to gently spread the mix from the bowl over the fillets. A large part of the paste should be used to cover the centres of the fillets.
* Slice one green bell pepper into thin slices
* Slice one large onion into slices
* Place the green bell pepper and the onion around the tilapia fillets
* Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. The baked tilapia is finished when you can easily flake it using a fork.
* Remove the baked tilapia from the oven and place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.
* Set the oven to broil and broil the baked tilapia during 5-7 minutes. The butter should be fully melted and just turning slightly brown when you remove the dish from the oven. The tilapia fish recipe is ready to serve. Great taste ! Enjoy it !
